cPanel Update problem

    Immediately after /scripts/upcp runs from crontab, server crashes showing in SSH console:
    kernel: journal commit I/O error

    This happens only starting a few days ago.

    That's a cpanel problem. Threads are not showing anything that can fix this problem.
    Is interesting that the big cPanel company does not provide an official fix for this.

    BTW, my host says is a cPanel problem (Softlayer), dedicated server.

    If you (or your host) suspects an issue with cPanel a ticket to cPanel support is advised so that they can properly investigate.
