    Hello,

    Is the command
    Code:
    /scripts/upcp
updates cPanel build? or it will only download latest patches from the cPanel server? I'm using 11.36.1 (build 8) which can't be upgraded due to some third party plugin incompatibility with latest cPanel. Also Is that possible to upgrade any applications like name server, mail server & courier without touching cPanel build. I'm new to cPanel. Still trying to learn :)

    Thanks

    Hello :)

Yes, the following command will update cPanel based on your preferences in "WHM Home » Server Configuration » Update Preferences":

    Code:
    /scripts/upcp
cPanel-managed RPMs are specific to versions of cPanel. This means that your cPanel-managed RPMs update only when cPanel & WHM updates.

    Thank you.
