Cpanel upgrade errors on different servers

Cpanel upgrade on my servers is spitting out muliple instances of ...

Error Message:
RHN Proxy error (during proxy login). Please contact your system administrator.
Error Class Code: 1000
Error Class Info: RHN Proxy error.
Explanation:

Looks like your up2date registration has some problem to update your system,

try this up2date -u if you are getting the same error , contact your datacenter and ask them to register server with RHN update system
