    Hey,

Last night the server should have updated it's cpanel from 9.4.1 to 9.9.1, this didn't happen.
instead of updating it correctly (like my other servers did) it just still has the 9.4.1 and the cpanel seems not to be working anymore..
no matter how i enter it.. or which account i use.. it only shows a blank page.

    i tried:
    restarting cpanel
    updating it manually to stable
    updating it manually to current
    /scripts/fixcommonproblems
    rebooting the server

nothing seems to be working.. and WHM still shows:
    WHM 9.9.0 cPanel 9.4.1-S65

so i doubt it's even updating anything at all..

I'd appreciate some help on this issue since a lot of my customers are using Cpanel...

    Thanks in advance,
    Ruud Goedhart

    yea.. it is.
and even IF it wasn't,.. it should have updated when I tried manually.

i tried in WHM .. and with the commandline (ssh)

no results on any of those..

open a support ticket with cpanel, most likely a firewall issue

    Could you be more specific?

Are you able to reach cpanel from your box?

how do you mean more specific ?

no.. i can't reach cpanel from my box
nobody can.. none of my customers.. and not me

http://ip-address/cpanel .. gives user/pass prompt.. but then blank page
http://domainname/cpanel.. gives user/pass prompts.. but then blank page..

updating cpanel doesn't work.. if i do the manual updating in WHM.. it says it's all installed.. but it doesn't.

updating with the upcp command.. no results either.. it does update and install.. but it doesn't change the status OR the version of cpanel (according to whm)
all upgrade settings are fine... i doublechecked them all...

i sent in a cpanel support ticket.. we'll see... i'm getting kinda frustrated here :-/
