Cpanel upgrade unable to connect error

Hello All,

On my server none of the cpanel scripts are working. The sites that use those are showing errors. I tried to upgrade cpanel, update Addon Scripts/ modules etc. But it all ends up with the same error:

Please help! The data center says there is nothing they can do on this. Any idea whom to approach or what to do to resolve this as soon as possible.

It appears that the cPanel update servers were inaccessible to some:

I've just updated a server with no problems at all.

Has the issue been relaly fixed. I still cannot update any Addon modules/ scripts etc in cpanel. It keeps repeating at

Any idea??? Had been trying for more than 12 hours! Submited a ticket at cpanel and no response yet!!
