    Hello All,

On my server none of the cpanel scripts are working. The sites that use those are showing errors. I tried to upgrade cpanel, update Addon Scripts/ modules etc. But it all ends up with the same error:

    -----------------------------
Fetching http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/cpanelsync/addons/scripts/nthemes.rc....Trying httpupdate.cpanel.net @ 69.90.250.34 ...Unable to retrieve file ...Failed Unable to connect to host 69.90.250.34 Trying httpupdate.cpanel.net @ 69.90.250.35 ...Unable to connect to host 69.90.250.35 Trying httpupdate.cpanel.net @ 69.72.164.151 ...Unable to connect to host 69.72.164.151 Trying httpupdate.cpanel.net @ 69.72.164.152 ...Unable to connect to host 69.72.164.152 ..Failed ...Done

A traceroute from the server to the IPs listed above is as shown:

Please help! The data center says there is nothing they can do on this. Any idea whom to approach or what to do to resolve this as soon as possible.
    Thank you.

    Hello,

Has the issue been relaly fixed. I still cannot update any Addon modules/ scripts etc in cpanel. It keeps repeating at

    Fetching http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/cpanelsync/addons/modules/pro-Linux-i686/.cpanelsync.lock....Trying httpupdate.cpanel.net @ 69.72.164.151
    100%......Done
The update server is currently updating its files.
It may take up to 30 minutes before access can be obtained.
Waiting 30 seconds for access to the update server......
    Checking again....
