cPanel url redirect has stopped working

I had a page on one of my sites redirecting to another domain, this was setup via Redirects in Cpanel.

It seems that the redirect has stopped working now and yes in Redirects it is still setup. Nothing has changed on the site.

edit my apologies, I was mixed up with my forum account here and the root account for WHM :|

These are the ticket details:

server ip address: - Removed -
support access ID: - Removed -

and I already granted server support to cpanel there

The ticket number is a seven digit number associated with the support request. Feel free to post that here, or let us know the outcome once the ticket is closed.

That was the support ID, as opposed to the ticket number. Alternatively, feel free to send me a private message with the email address you are using in the support ticket.

ok this is the support ticket ID

I should add that I got this after trying to go through the support ticket process again and give server access same as before but it gave me this error

Error: WHM Authorization failed with the following error: The server detected that an SSH key for user “REMOVED.ssh” in Ticket ID “8894821” and Server “1” already exists. Run the following cPanel script and refresh your browser: /scripts/updatesupportauthorizations. You may skip this server or correct the problem and try again.
