    Hi all

Is it possible to create a second user/password to login to cPanel and only have access to the Mail section?

So there would be two admins for a domain:
    Mainadmin: gets the full monty
Mailadmin: gets the cPanel Mail skin and access only to the mail functions.

    TIA
    jalal

Not sure if this is what you mean, but when you create an email account, that user can access webmail only by simply visiting yourdomain.com/webmail/
There are options enabled on that page for the user to adjust if they need to.

I'm not sure if the mailskin only is used any longer in cPanel11, haven't checked it recently. But it was for when you created a new cPanel account in WHM. You'd set that new account to use the mailonly skin if thats the type of account you were selling.

cPanel doesn't support the concept of split admin privileges at that level. Email account users can only configure options for their specific accounts, while the cPanel user has authority over all the email accounts.

    You are welcome.

We get lots of requests for that type of functionality.
