Any ideas about how to make it so that CPanel users can be allowed to install perl modules without it failing due to compilers being disabled?

Kind of a pain when the option to install perl modules is in place in all CPanel user accounts but it will fail due to not being able to access compilers due to "permission denied" errors from having the "compiler tweak" set to disable compilers.
