Hi

We are looking at Virtuozzo or openVZ at the moment and have some question.

Once we setup a new machine with Linux Centos do we need to install WHM/CPanel on the master server? as i know with the windows Virtuozzo it just mirrors the master OS and wasn't sure the best way to deploy CPanel VPS Servers.

How would licensing work? I assume we would need licenses for each container?

If you want to provide VPS services, you should install cPanel [VPS Optimized] on each virtual server, not on master server.

Templates of cPanel/WHM for virtual environments are not publicly available. However, you are welcome to make your own for your internal use. Just be sure to update cPanel/WHM on the new node after you provision new virtual servers with that template.
