    Direct from the layer1 page...

The VPS install must be done from a clean format of redhat.

the vps does not have any documentation....all it says is clean install of RH...but when i tried that on a clean install, it didn't install and generated numerous errors....when installing virtuozzo, there are certain requirements with partition setup, i was wondering how it is with cpanel vps....

Make sure its a RedHat 7.3 box. I don't believe the VPS was built for anything but, which is probably why you're getting the library errors and things that you got when you tried installing VPS.
