I'm a little new to the admin side of cPanel, I downloaded and installed from the ISO and when I try to access the web interface, nothing comes up. I know it's not a firewall issue since I can't access it from another system on the internal network either. Does anyone have any ideas what I may have done wrong, or if there's something else that I need to do after the install to make things work?

Any assistance would be great! Thanks in advance for any help!

I think this must be a firewall issue, can you please let us know are you be able to telnet your cPanel and WHM usable ports.

Also check if all services are running fine.

While it may not be an issue with the firewall installed on your local machine, it's very possible the issue is with the firewall rules on the server that cPanel is installed on. The documentation that Infopro provided you should help you rule out any issues with the default firewall rules on your server.

Thank you.

However, after completing the install web GUI wizard, it says it's unlicensed, I go to verify.cpanel.net and it also doesn't see anything for our IP address, I thought this was a trial that I was installing. Is there something I need to do to get it working so we can test before purchasing?
