cPanel & WHM 11.30 is now available in the CURRENT tier

I am on Release or Stable. It says 11.30. I updated to 11.30 on Current and tried to go back to 11.28 on Release and Stable. It wouldn't let me go back. The version number is still 11.30. Am I doing anything wrong?
