Hello, concerning case CPANEL-31220, I’m still receiving this error and not able to manage DNS Zone.

the error message (Error "API failure: (XID 5wxnz8) You do not have a user named “nobody”.

How can i fix this issue?

Which version of cPanel & WHM are you using? Are you receiving this for all zones or just one? This case was specific for nameserver and hostname zones.

version 86.0.13
yes, its only for NS Zones.

I’ve checked, and there was an auto upgrade for cpanel to v86.0.14 now.
Issue still exist.

The issue was fixed, upgraded to latest cpanel release. Thanks
