I would like to give each client interface to add a functional module, and then advertise in this functional module, or other links. This approach to change how it is by modifying the cpanel / WHM code or are there other approaches can be achieved?

Could you define what you mean by "functional module"?

You can add on to our APIs rather easily by just creating a new module in /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel with a few special parts to it (see: Developer Resources )

this would allow you to use <cpanel> or <?cp> tags to call your own API functions.
