Cpanel - WHM News wont update correctly

A few days ago
Using the Modify cPanel/WHM News link

I put a message on the top of all the cpanel users page.

When I did that, I only recalled seeing one field to type in info.

After a /scripts/upcp -force I now have 4 different fields to enter info and they are all empty
If I add text it adds to the front of the existing message

I cant for the life of me figure out where the news is stored to delete it

running WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-R95

3. Resold Customer News (displayed in all resold customers' cPanels [resellers' customers]):

4. cPanel News (displayed in all of your customers cPanels):
   
   /var/cpanel/news/root/news​
