    Are the ScriptAlias directives missing?

The following directives should be present in /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf, near the beginning of the file:

    Code:
    ScriptAliasMatch ^/?cpanel/?$ /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/redirect.cgi
    ScriptAliasMatch ^/?securecpanel/?$ /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/sredirect.cgi
    ScriptAliasMatch ^/?kpanel/?$ /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/redirect.cgi
    ScriptAliasMatch ^/?controlpanel/?$ /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/redirect.cgi
    ScriptAliasMatch ^/?securecontrolpanel/?$ /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/sredirect.cgi
    ScriptAliasMatch ^/?webmail/?$ /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/wredirect.cgi
    ScriptAliasMatch ^/?whm/?$ /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/whmredirect.cgi
    ScriptAliasMatch ^/?securewhm/?$ /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/swhmredirect.cgi
If they are missing, add them to the file, save the changes, and restart Apache:

    Code:
    # /usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl configtest
    # /usr/local/cpanel/bin/apache_conf_distiller --update
    # /scripts/restartsrv_httpd
If these directives are already present in httpd.conf, what is the output of the following command?

    Code:
    # ls -alh /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/

    redirect.cgi is missing

Based on your directory listing, redirect.cgi is missing from /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys. The following line in httpd.conf is what specifically redirects /cpanel requests:

    Code:
    ScriptAliasMatch ^/?cpanel/?$ /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/redirect.cgi
I do not see redirect.cgi in your directory listing. A forced cPanel update with the following command should fix this:

    Code:
    # /scripts/upcp --force
If this does not correct the problem, please submit a ticket so that we can investigate your server directly. You may submit a ticket at the following page:
