cPanel/WHM not saving DNS entries

    Everytime I access my WHM. I have to re-save my HostName: Why? Any Help!

    From a pop up window:
    "Adding an A entry for
    Zone does not exist, a new zone for will be created.

    Created DNS entry for on 123.321.123.222
    Add Complete "

    Besides that I can't see any of my DNS entries from WHM.

    This happened after support tried to fix something on my server and they are still working on it or could the new problems be because I upgraded cPanel/WHM while support was working on my server.

    I know, I know, its not good for more then one person to work on a server at the same time, but I want to get pass all these errors.
