CPanel/WHM Showing Connection Refused while running upcp.

Hey Buddies , I have an issue with CPanel and WHM.
Actually yesterday morning I ran

/scripts/upcp --force

but after running it whm and cpanel shows connection refused but websites are opening.
I tried this in night and same thing happened.
I don't tested another port but this problem is happening in 2087 and 2083 port.

Please anyone help me.

and do you see anything in logs while you are running upcp? I assume it fails somewhere and cPanel couldn't be started thereafter. Why are you trying to run upcp --force at the first place?

Did you run it and then attempt to access while it was running or while cPsrvd was restarting? You indicated in another thread that the update didn't complete, what was the status of this one?

Bro I am saying that when update is going on then meanwhile it is showing connection refused.
Like I ran that upcp command and then I just go to whm or cpanel and then whm or cpanel shows refused to connect but after update is complete it is not showing connection refused and WHM or cpanel is opening.

But now one new issue occurring , randomly whm or cpanel showing refused to connect and after 2-3-5 seconds it's automatically opening and when I go to service status in whm then there I see cpsrvd showing pending.
I am Working almost 24 hours and many time I am facing this issue .
today Morning IST also I faced this issue,
Randomly as normally I was opening my WHM then I logged in and after 2-3 minutes suddenly I see whm showing refused to connect , I was totally socked.
I am refreshing but it's still showing refused to connect and after something 5 seconds it's opened and at first I go to WHM >> Service Status , and I see that cpsrvd shows as pending.
this is occurring everyday , yesterday my friend told that run these commands in SSH when whm showing refused to connect and then give those command output to me -

 /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

ps aux | grep cpsrvd

I given output to my friend but my friend doesn't have any idea about it.

can you paste more of the error_log file here?

My assumption is that there is probably a resource usage issue or a larger issue occurring which may be output in the cPanel error logs but that is not enough of a snippet to determine this.

Since this issue is intermittent but as you note does occur regularly, the next time it happens please provide the following:

• Last 100 lines of the cPanel error log
• sar -r
• sar -u

I would also sincerely appreciate it if you do not refer to me as "bro" or sir, please.
