Hi, i almost gave up.@ahmadrusli - the error you're seeing is different than the GPG problem mentioned earlier in this thread.
Can you send me the output of the following command run on your server?

i delete the instance, and create new instance again. about 33 minutes ago.
hope mysql run smoothly after new installation like usual.
but the problem still there.
