cPanel & WHM update failure in upcp script

    Dear Cpanel Seniors,

    I am facing "cPanel & WHM update failure in upcp script" issue.
    below is the code and log. please advise how i going to fix it?

    The `/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/updatenow --upcp --log=/var/cpanel/updatelogs/update.1473476360.log --force` command failed and exited with the code “1” (signal = 0)

    I think your issue is related to this thread .. have you checked it ? upcp failure

    Thanks for reply, but i follow the online instruction from here "http://go.cpanel.net/rpmcheckfailed"
    still unable to solved the issue.

    Please advise TQ very much

    Please post the output from the following commands:

    cat /var/cpanel/rpm.versions.d/local.versions
    grep mysql-version /var/cpanel/cpanel.config
    grep '' /etc/redhat-release /usr/local/cpanel/version /var/cpanel/envtype ; grep CPANEL= /etc/cpupdate.conf ; mysql -V
