cPanel & WHM update failure in upcp script

Hi, not sure where to post this, doesn't seem to be a generic support forum category.

I seem to get this email often "cPanel & WHM update failure in upcp script", and now it's bothering me enough to do something about it.

When you run this manually do you receive an error?

You've got what looks to be a package conflict with a package from a 3rd party repository epel

Okay, so how do I go about sorting this? Is it important?
