I am currently using: WHM 9.0.0 cPanel 9.0.0-R44.

And for some reason the server keeps freezing up. My server is located in a Datacenter so I can't monitor it easily. But I did notice the last time before it crashed that while using top, the user cpanel was using serveral instances of PHP and using huge amounts of resources.

Anybody know what the issue might be?

    Specifications of the server:
    Processor: Celeron 2.4Ghz
    RAM: 512MB
    HD: 80GB

I'm not sure, but it could mean end users were running backups from their cpanel. I believe that would show as cpanel in top.

That could be the problem. But it is unlikely that it would use up so much resources that the server crashes. And it is occuring regularly. Somebody has mentioned to me that it could be RHEL that is causing the problem. Does anyone know about this?
