cPanel/WHM wont update - Freezes

I'm trying to update a cPanel/WHM installation and it wont budge. No matter how many times I try, the updating only gets this far:

Any ideas why it just sits at the "Checking for main ip changes..." part? It will sit there non-stop for an hour until I kill the operation. Is this normal?

Have you changed your main ip recently?? It sounds not updated properly.

You can re-migrate the IP using the IP Migration Wizard in WHM if the IP did change recently but wasn't properly changed.
