    This is my server info:
    Cpanel Version/Build 10.8.1-RELEASE Build 30
    Operating System Linux
    Apache Version 1.3.33 (Unix)
    Perl Version 5.8.7
    Perl Path /usr/bin/perl
Installed Perl Modules Click to View
    PHP Version 4.3.11
    Mysql Version 4.0.25-standard
    Sendmail Path /usr/sbin/sendmail

When I try to add an email account, it says it's added... then I go and its not their! It's very frustrating.

When I add the email address I get this message:

    ---------------------------
    Account Created

The e-mail account admin@website.com with the login admin+website.com and password xxxxxxxx with a quota of 10 megs was successfully created.
    ---------------------------

BUT then whe I go back to "manage accounts" it's not there! What gives?!?!?

    Thanks :)

Im running the exact configuration as you are and i was able to add/delete email accounts.

You should test another hosting account to see if its happening on that domain as well. If its not then you probably have the wrong ownership or perms on the /home/username/mail directory and files.
