cPanel with Microsoft Azure

I am in the process of moving a charity website from a hosted platform onto Microsoft Azure, using Binami wordpress.

The current platform allows access via cPanel, do I need to install CentOS 7 onto Azure or can I manage everything from within Azure?

Thanks for your reply. What I was asking was do I need to install cPanel or can I manage everything from within Azure and Office 365 admin?

As the documentation states, you must install CentOS 7 or a supported OS
