Hey guys sorry I am a complete newb with cPanel but my friend changed my reseller accounts theme from x3 to rvskin and now I don't know any way to change it back. I went to brandings in my WHM and managed to get the x3 theme working again but whenever I log in again its back to rvskin.

Anyone know any way to help me please?

Another way of doing this is altering the corresponding value in the /var/cpanel/users/username file and then running /scripts/updateuserdomains.

However, for this you would need 'root' access to the server. Else, if the issue persists then you should get in touch with your host.
