cpanel won't show up w/ .uk domain

All accounts I have on my server have cpanel working just fine. I recently setup an account for a domain that looks like this


http://www.whatever.co.uk



and for some reason cpanel does not work.


if he puts in his domain with /cpanel it gives a 404 error.



any idea why all other accounts with cpanel work just fine but this one does not?
