Cpanel Won't Start.. No Errors

[root@cake ~]: service cpanel status
cpsrvd is stopped
entropychat is stopped
stunnel is stopped
qrunner is stopped


nothing in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log or panic_log, nothing in /var/log/messages
