can some one tell me what to be done to login using http://208.109.28.179/cpanel witch is my ip for my dedi. server any help geatly need since godaddy gives no support on thire dedi server so any support i going to get is from here

If this is a dedicated server, you probably want to log into WHM first.

That can be accessed at http://208.109.28.179/whm , for instance.

However, you should be asking your host (secureserver.net/godaddy) for support, if they are providing you with the cpanel license.
