Cpanel and Cron Jobs

Using the Blue Lagoon theme, I've noticed several 404's. I haven't gone through everything, but for example, setting up a cron job. It now presents you with two buttons, one for simple cron and one of experienced users....unfortunately, both buttons take me to a 404 error. Any idea who controls things in the Blue Lagoon theme?
