Does anyone know where/how to set $hasurchin to 0 so this isn't showing up on our customers' & customers' customers' control panels? We don't plan to support it (having enough fun dealing with the stats programs already in place) and there's a non-working link to it that just showed up in the bluelagoon theme.

    /var/cpanel/cpanel.config
    /usr/local/cpanel/startup

Further to this, urchin should no longer be included in the builds or themes.
