    Hi,

We're experiencing a problem where cpanellogd seems to be running just about 24/7 and causing load to skyrocket:

    Code:

    Go on, have a guess
Check the log file in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/stats_log for recurring errors. Make sure that you're also using the latest version of cPanel for your tree and that you are running perl v5.8.7. If you need to upgrade either you should kill off all those processes and then restart cpanel.
