cpanelpop and VPS license

    What kind of response time does Cpanel tech support have for licensing issues?

    My VPS supplier made a mistake when setting up my VPS. He only put up a 15 day trial license instead of a a full monthly license.

    The reason I include cpanelpop in the subject line is that my clients cannot retrieve their email off the system until the license issue is resolved.

    Their support team raised a support ticket with cPanel.

    How long does it normally take cPanel support to look after issues like licensing?

    Normally, there reply for the licening issues is fast. It depends on your host, how they contact them. Also if there are no Billing issues from your side then the licence should get activated immediately.

    It has been over 5 hours now and they haven't fixed the issue>

    Is thee anyway that I can ask them (Cpanel Support) myself?

    I believe their usual turnaround is within 24 hours. You could try contacting them directly at billing@cpanel.net with your IP address but they may not talk to you as you're not the license owner. You can also double check the license at http://verify.cpanel.net
