cPanelX: Disk Space Used are not correct shown

    Hi. When i log into cPanelX as customer in "General account information" the Disk Space Usage is not listed, it shows me "NA Megabytes" and in Disk space available it shows just "Megabytes".
    But other info like Sql and Bandwidth - are listed ok.
    there are root access on the server
    already ran script /scripts/fixquotas but nothing...
    for being more specific see the image below.

    As I understand it, that theme is no longer maintained. You should switch to the X3 theme.


    Looking at your picture a second time, it appears you're running cPanel 10. Waaay out of date. Time for upgrades...

    Ok I've updated the cpanel and switched to x3 theme, but nothing again still the same problem.

    you could try runing the fix quota script

    /scripts/fixquotas


    in ssh as root

    already done that ... still nothing
    the fact is that it worked 4 days ago ...
    maybe some logs to check ... what u suggest .. pls ...
