Hey there! I'm sorry to hear about this issue with the backup on the system. Can you try manually backing up the affected user with this command to see if that works?

Code:
/scripts/pkgacct username
Just replace "username" with the actual cPanel username.

Hello, that worked like a charm, also todays backup went throught without any errors - so for now this issue seems resolved without anything done. I keep an eye on it and report back here if the issue should return.

Thanks!

Interesting - if you feel the need, you can check the recent backup logs at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/ to see if there was anything odd reported during the run that failed. I'm glad things are working well now, though!
