    Hi,

In my cpbackup folder I have 3 folders; daily, monthly and weekly.

What should be the contents of each of these folders?

    I have
    folder 'dirs'
    folder 'files'
a list of account backups 'username.tar.gz'

    all good.

    But then I also have
    folder 'a-username.0'

    this folder contains lots of uncompressed folders and files eg;
    folder 'bandwidth'
    folder 'counters'
    folder 'cp'
    folder 'cron'
    etc
    etc

I imagine these are uncompressed backups that someone ran, I just wanted to check before I deleted them.

    Thanks

    Incremental backup

The directories you describe would be created by incremental backups, if Incremental Backup is enabled in Main >> Backup >> Configure Backup. If you are no longer using incremental backups, you can move or remove the directories.

If you are not using incremental backup, the contents of the daily, weekly and monthly directories will be compressed tarballs (.tar.gz), one for each cPanel account. The files will be in the daily, weekly and monthly directories, with no subdirectories in each of those directories.
