cpbackup is not running on my server, its brand new and the load is usually at around 0.10 - 0.40 and I have daily backups set and the backup cron should run at 12am every morning but it doesn't.

I have to constantly use the /scripts/cpbackup --force command.
This happened on my previous server also.

I am running on a Linux, CentOS 5 OS.

    Please advise...

    Hi

Did you check the cron logs, Please check "tail -f /var/log/cron" And check if the script is running at the scheduled time.

    Fixed

Problem solved, cleared /tmp and set an hourly cron to clear it, and now all is working fine.
