I have noticed that the password for the Cpbackup Remote FTP account is stored in clear text and was accessible via any standard shell script that scriptkiddies like to use. The file that it is stored in is cpbackup.conf.shadow Is there a way to store this in an encrypted format one that cant be easily read?
