    I have some questions about cphulk.conf.

    brute_force_period_mins=5
    hit_again_if_locked_is_enabled=1
    ip_brute_force_period_mins=15
    mark_as_brute=50
    max_failures=15
    max_failures_byip=5

    I'm assuming an IP is locked out after $max_failures_byip in $ip_brute_force_period_mins minutes. Is this correct? How do I increase the time the user is locked out for? What is $mark_as_brute? What is $hit_again_if_locked_is_enabled?
