cPHulk History Reports text does not reflect values from settings

Guys,

I need help, I am not sure if this is a software bug or my mistake in configuring cPHulk. I have set "10" in "Brute Force Protection Period" field in "Configuration Settings" page.

But, cPHulk always tells "The system blocks users for 0 minutes." in "History Reports" > "Blocked Users" page.

How do I ensure cPHulk is blocking users accordingly while displaying aforesaid message (the server is having empty user block list now)?

I have two servers running cPanel, and I am seeing identical behavior in both servers. Please help and thank you!

By the way, I am using cPanel WHM version 62.0 (build 17)

Hello,

Internal case CPANEL-10820 is open to address an issue where the cPHulk "History Reports" text does not reflect values from the configured settings. This is a flaw in the "History Reports" UI, as the configured settings are still enforced. I'll update this thread with more information on the status of this case as it becomes available.

There's no update to report on internal case CPANEL-10820 at this time. I'll continue to monitor it and update this thread with more information as it becomes available.
