cpHulk is not working. Database error

    I am trying to use the cpanel "cpHulk" service, but I get this error when clicking the "History Reports" tab:

    There is also this error when I click the "Blacklist Management" tab:

    And this error when I click "Whitelist Management" tab:

    Have you tried to repair the Cphulk database from mysql section? might be that should your issue.

    Hello :),

    You can repair your cphulkd databases through WHM >> SQL Services >> Repair a MySQL Database.

    Also, You can try this with command line.

    You can also attempt to repair the database via Web Host Manager:

    "WHM Home » SQL Services » Repair a MySQL Database"

    This is for a DNS-Only server, so this link does not exist in the WHM.

    The output shows no errors:

    I think the problem is that the table doesn't seem to even exist. So there's nothing to repair, since it isn't there.

    Is there a way to "re-install" cpHulk?
