    Hello :),

You can repair your cphulkd databases through WHM >> SQL Services >> Repair a MySQL Database.

Also, You can try this with command line.

    Code:
    mysqlcheck -r cphulkd

    Hello,

You can also attempt to repair the database via Web Host Manager:

"WHM Home » SQL Services » Repair a MySQL Database"

Let us know if this helps.

    Thanks!

This is for a DNS-Only server, so this link does not exist in the WHM.

    The output shows no errors:

I think the problem is that the table doesn't seem to even exist. So there's nothing to repair, since it isn't there.

Is there a way to "re-install" cpHulk?

    Hello,

Yes, it's possible via the following command:

    Code:
    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/hulkdsetup
