I am the system administrator, please advise on troubleshooting/resolution steps for this issue.

    Hello,

Try to repair the cphulkd database using Main >> SQL Services >> Repair a MySQL Database feature in your WHM. Select "cphulkd" from the list of DBs and click "repair database".

    Thank you,
    Nibin.

BTW, Just to ease things up, You can do what nibin suggests by another way.

Just issue this command from SSH:

    PHP:
    mysqlcheck -r cphulkd

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...
