Is there a way to choose what services cphulkd monitors and blocks?

Do you know of a way to manually disable a service? Specifically, I would like to disable courier authlib checks

For Courier, the service doesn't actually log or block the IP authentication from local email clients (it will for webmail though) in the current implementation of cPHulk Brute Force Protection. Dovecot has IPs blocked for brute forcing under cPHulk, but Courier does not for local email client logins, so I'm uncertain how it would be logging or blocking anyone unless it were the webmail logins.

Of note, we have several prior bug cases (8742, 39736, 40805) about the fact Courier doesn't log or block IPs using cPHulk Brute Force Protection.
