cpins folder

Can I delete cpins folder and its contents without causing problems,

and are there ways to make cPanel takes less space (eg, deleting unimportant files, temp files..etc)

my last question for who installed JSP-Tomcat, how much space does it take ? (I have free 206.3 MB space :))
