We're looking at moving our reseller account to another provider. Since we don't have root access on the source server (shared hosting) we're considering using the full backup option to make a copy of the account, scp it to the new server and restore the account using WHM on the new server.
Does this backup restore absolutely *everything*?
* home directory/email data
* databases
* cron jobs
* DNS entries
* email forwarders
* parked domains
From my understanding it does and the only thing I'd need to do is update the IP addresses in the DNS records from the old server IP to the new one?
