    Hi,

When i try and move accounts from one cpanel box to another I get the following message:

    Removing Scripts using suexec method

    UNLINKED
    Checksum Matches!
    pkgacctfile is: /home/cpmove-goldv.tar.gz
    MOVE IS GOOD!
    Extracting tarball....Done

cpmove- prefix is missing, but non prefixed directory exists.. cpmove- prefix discarded
    Extracting Domain....Done

Sorry, the copy failed. Unable to find the cpanel user file. Is the archive missing (cwd: /home loaded goldv/cp/goldv)?
    Extract Failed
    Invalid Account

    Any idea?

    Thnx

    Back UP Restores

    Hello Friends,

What is the excat name of the tar ball which you guys are trying to restore? Are you really sure that the tar ball is with the /home directory? At certain time the same issue used to presist with restoration and most probably the issue is with the name of the tar ball. Please try to take a back up using the script "pkgacct" once again and try to retore.
