RE Another thought

I had another thought. The restore problem seems to be isolated to only 3 of my backups. All of the other accounts restored fine when this problem all started.

Is it possible to modify something within the tar file to get the restore past this hiccup? I ask this imagining the virtual "needle in a haystack" the problem could be to look for. I'm rusty on perl and was never very good at it in the first place :)

Thanks again for all your help

You`d have to find the difference that appears between those accounts.

From tickets : downgrade to RELEASE, transfer accounts, upgrade to CURRENT. Issues with transfers in the latest CURRENT build. Worked for me.

I had no resellers. After talking to SEVERAL staff members, the only solution was to downgrade to RELEASE and then restore only. It was the latest build, empty server. So there weren`t any means why it shouldn`t have worked.

My guess is you never loaded the reseller screen so it didn't create the reseller database.

RELEASE worked like a charm for me. Still having problems with the Mail::SpamAssasin module. It fails to find the module on CPAN.

Is anyone else having this problem?
