    I have 2 home directories,

    Home and home2..

I just moved a large number of domains from an old server and The server created the domains on home2 as designed.

But home has a ton of files name cpmove-username and cpmvoe-username-tar.gz

After the move is complete can I remove those files??

    yes, delete that too.
this are temporary files used for the move.

if the accounts are working, they already have their own dirs, usernames, etc.
Some times you could have files left when you got some errors on the move ... so check the accounts are created and working. you can delete the files if you want, you can always try the move again :D

    Regards.
