I am trying to find a way to bind CPPOP to specific IP address interfaces. I need to prevent it from binding one of the interfaces to run another pop3 server for a specific purpose. I was able to modify the exim config to do this, but can't find anyway to do this with cppop.

Is there a command line option I can add to the start up command, perhaps?

cppop is closed source and I'm not aware of a separate configuration file. If you want to achieve that, you're probably better off migrating to maildir and then configuring courier-imap/pop3 to suit your needs.
