cppop and cpserd restart every 8 or 9 minutes...

This problem has started after we updated cpanel with upcp --force to try to solve the following problem :

    - https://server:2087, https://server:2083, https://server:2096 return 404 errors.
It is not a firewall issue as I still get the password request from apache, but after http authentication, we get a "page not found" error !
Websites and email are still working properly (I think...)

    we tried :
    /etc/init.d/cpanel restart
    /scripts/upcp --force
    rebooting the server...

I suspect an intrusion, but rkhunter, dertermine and chkrootkit do not detect anything wrong.

    Anyone can help ?

    Thanks in advance !
